Cancellation Policy

At Scentvia™ Fragrances, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your signature scents without delay. Because of our fast processing times, our cancellation window is limited.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you change your mind and need to cancel your order, you must do so before the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.
  • Orders successfully canceled before dispatch will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partners, it cannot be canceled.

  • Since we do not accept general returns due to the hygienic nature of our products, please be absolutely sure of your purchase before placing the order.
  • If you refuse the delivery of a dispatched order, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any potential refund.

3. Cancellations by Scentvia™ Fragrances

We reserve the right to cancel any order under specific circumstances, which may include:

  • Unavailability of the product or insufficient stock.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or detail information.
  • Issues identified by our fraud prevention and security department.

If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be initiated.

4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, or if we cancel your order:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refunded amount to successfully reflect in your bank account.
