4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Your purchases are governed by our official Refund and Cancellation policies:
- Returns: We only accept return claims for wrong or broken products if reported within 5 working days of delivery, accompanied by an unboxing video.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will reflect in the customer's bank account within 10 working days.
- Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
